Air Con Service & Maintenance

To maintain reliability and optimise performance, air conditioning and refrigeration systems need to be serviced regularly.

Upon completion of the air conditioning installation, we offer all customers a suitable maintenance contract. We assess each site individually to ensure that the correct frequencies have been selected in order to keep the systems operating reliably and efficiently. To give an example of this, we would recommend a minimum of 4 visits a year on a system located within a high street store, as the filters block up with dust very quickly, meaning efficiency is reduced and electricity bills are increased.

It is now mandatory to have regular refrigerant leak checks on air conditioning equipment containing refrigerant covered by the latest f-gas regulations. The leak checks can be carried out indirectly as part of the maintenance visit. We ensure that all necessary paperwork is available to our clients, to prove that the leak checks have been carried out by a company that is refcom accredited.

We can undertake maintenance visits out of normal working hours to minimise disruption in sensitive working environments.

We are also happy to provide maintenance contract proposals for existing air conditioning equipment that we may not have installed.
